Which Class of Goods/Services Should You Register Under

Egypt is a member of the Nice Classification of Trademarks, which divides goods and services into 45 classes. To file a trademark application, the applicant should specify the class of goods or services on which the trademark will be used. A trademark application should specify one class at least. Though multiple class applications are acceptable, we advise against them as it can affect the chances of acceptance of the trademark application, and delay registration. The 45 classes are divided into 34 classes for goods and 11 classes for services and appear once you enter details in Trademark Express ™ .
