Your personal data is used only for the purposes of applicable Data Protection Law; NAL LAW will only process any personal data that you provide to it for the purpose of providing legal service.

Data Collected

This privacy policy applies only to data collected on the Websites and does not apply to data collected by NAL LAW through any other means.

NAL LAW collects two types of data from visitors to the Websites: (1) Personal Data; and (2) Non-Personal Data.

1) Personal Data

"Personal Data" is data that identifies you personally or data from which you are identifiable, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, company name or in some cases your IP address where this can be used to identify you.

All personal data provided to obtain one of the online legal services is privileged under the Lawyer-Client privilege and will be kept secret at the same secrecy measures we use at the law firm for the protection of our clients’ personal data. 

We respect your confidentiality and take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Therefore we shall not sell or make your data available to any third party without your prior consent.

You may alter or update any personal data provided to us as part of registration on the Website at any time.

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, NAL LAW will process any personal data you have provided to it in accordance with our Privacy Notice available on the NAL LAW website, and only for the purpose of providing the legal service.  

You agree that, if you have provided NAL LAW with personal data relating to a third party (1) you have in place all necessary appropriate consents and notices to enable lawful transfer of such personal data to NAL LAW and (2) that you have brought to the attention of any such third party the Privacy Notice available on the Website or otherwise provided a copy of it to the third party. You agree to indemnify NAL LAW in relation to all and any liabilities, penalties, fines, awards or costs arising from your non-compliance with these requirements.

Trustpilot is a consumer review community that builds trust and transparency between consumers and businesses. Trust pilot help NAL LAW proactively collect reviews from our customers. You as a customer, in turn, can voice your opinion and improve online shopping experiences for everyone around the world. Trust pilot invite all of our customers to provide a review of their buying experience using our website. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to have your data (name, email address and order number) temporarily shared with Trust pilot, to allow them to send you this invitation, however, the data will not be stored. This Data will also not be shared with anyone else.

Device Data- We may collect data about your services that you purchase or ask customer service through the Websites. Device Data may include your IP address, product category or, F/W and S/W data, country code or device ID (MAC Address, UUID, etc.).

Account Data- When you first register with the Websites, you could be asked and prompted to enter certain data, such as your email address (which will be your user ID), password, telephone number, name, and address.

Usage Data- Usage Data refers to all data collected from the Websites such as what action has been applied to the Websites such as clicking logs; your registration details or how you may be using the Websites.

IP Address- When you use the Websites, we may automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognized by our server.

We collect the above Non-Personal Data from all visitors to our Websites. If you do not want NAL LAW to have access to this Data, please do not visit our Websites.

We use your Personal Data that is collected on our Website primarily for the following purposes:

Sharing and Disclosure of Data

The following are the only methods for sharing or disclosing  your Personal Data:

To fulfil a service to you: For example, if you purchase or download an item from the Websites we may share your Personal Data in order to provide the item to you. In addition, if you email us a question, we may use your email address to process your request and respond to your question. In addition, if you purchase a product via the Websites, we may need to share your data with third parties in order to have that product delivered to you and installed as you requested. Also, if you are entering a competition or prize draw, we may use your Personal Data in order to fulfil the terms of that promotion.

Except as described in this privacy policy or at the time we request the data , we do not otherwise use, share or otherwise disclose your Personal Data to any third parties.

Messages, Comments and Other Public Posting Areas

Please note that any data you include in a message or comments you post to any service review or any public posting area is available to anyone with Internet access. If you do not want people to know your e-mail address, for example, do not include it in any message you post publicly.

Third Party Websites

This policy applies solely to data collected on NAL LAW. The Websites may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites.

Assignment

In the event that all or part of our assets are sold or acquired by another party, or in the event of a merger, you grant us the right to assign the Personal Data and Non-Personal Data collected via the Websites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will also revise the "Last Updated”, your continued access to or use of the Services after this publication constitutes your agreement to abide by the policies as amended.

Securing Personal Data

We use reasonable technical and organizational methods to safeguard your data, for example, by password protecting (via usernames and passwords) certain parts of the Websites and by using SSL encryption and firewalls to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

Whilst we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your data, you acknowledge that data transmissions over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any Personal Data that is transferred from you or to you via the internet and as such, any data you transfer to NAL LAW is done at your own risk.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

If we learn of a security systems breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using these Websites or providing Personal Data to us you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of these Websites. We may post a notice on our Websites if a security breach occurs. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us in these circumstances.

Direct Communication with Users

From time to time, we communicate with users who subscribe / choose our Services via email, telephone, post or text message (i.e. for data on our Services and promotions/promotional materials) or when it is within our legitimate interest to do so. For example, we may use your email (or where applicable postal address or telephone number) to confirm your request, to send you notice of payments, to send you information about changes to our Services, to send you review requests and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law.

User’s Rights

You have the right to: (1) request data on and access to all the Personal Data we hold about you; (2) request that any inaccurate Personal Data we hold be corrected; (3) request that we delete the Personal Data we hold as part of our service. 

Whilst some of these rights can be exercised by you directly through the Websites many of the rights, such as those relating to requests to delete your personal data, will need to be submitted to us. We will consider such responses and respond to you within 30 days. We may charge you a small fee and may require verification of your identity for providing a copy of your data as permitted by law.

Applicable Law; Arbitration

Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute, conflict, claim or controversy arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to the Services or this policy , including those relating to its validity, its construction or its enforceability (any “Dispute”) shall be resolved by contacting  NAL Law's electronic legal services Customer Service. If such Dispute has not been settled within sixty (60) days after a request to NAL LAW’s Customer Service on customerservice@nal-law.com, such Dispute can then be referred to and shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of Cairo Regional Center for Commercial and International Arbitration.  The Dispute shall be resolved by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with rules of Cairo Regional Center for Commercial and International Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be in Cairo, the language of arbitration shall be English, unless you speak Arabic in such case the arbitration shall be conducted in Arabic. The existence and content of the arbitration proceedings, including documents and briefs submitted by the parties, correspondence from and to the Cairo Regional Center for Commercial and International Arbitration and correspondence, orders and awards issued by the arbitrator, shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent from the other party unless: (1) the disclosure to the third party is reasonably required in the context of conducting the arbitration proceedings; and (2) the third party agrees unconditionally in writing to be bound by the confidentiality obligation stipulated herein.
